Returns & Exchanges
Please note we are a small company with small inventory. Orders of multiple sizes will not be honored. Please select the size closest to your usual size. We offer prepaid shipping for a size exchange if the size you selected does not work for you.
We do not currently offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
Returns and exchanges are offered for orders placed and delivered in the United States only on full-priced merchandise. To make an exchange, please email info@jenniferhamdan.com with your original order information and exchange request. After we confirm availability, we will email a return label to send back the item for exchange.
Any merchandise returned for refunds will have shipping charges deducted from the refund (see chart below for amounts). Exchanges for reasons other than sizing will be invoiced for shipping and billed or refunded any difference in pricing on items being exchanged. We offer one pre-paid exchange for sizing purposes only.
Only non-sale items that are received within 14 days of the delivery date are eligible for return or exchange. Please take care when returning an item, as only unworn items in saleable condition will be accepted for return or exchange. All items must have their original tags attached. Please contact us to initiate the return or exchange process.
Returns will be refunded to original method of payment once item has been inspected and confirmed to be in saleable condition.
Sample sale purchases, special orders and Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns of these items will be refused or returned at the customer's cost.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
